Master Hachimi has no accounts, so you use it without signing in and there is no account to delete. Your reading history is stored only on your device. This page explains exactly what is stored, where, and how to clear it.
How to clear your data
- Open Master Hachimi and go to Settings.
- Tap Privacy, then Delete all history.
- Confirm, and your local reading history is erased from the device.
- Or simply uninstall the App to remove everything at once.

No server-side account
Our server casts the hexagram and hands your question to the third-party AI service to write the reading. There is no account. Records are stored under an anonymous install identifier with free text auto-deleted after 90 days; you can reset the anonymous ID in Settings at any time.
Data sent to the third-party AI service
To write a reading, your question + the hexagram + the hour are sent to a third-party AI service. This is a reputable commercial, paid-tier service that we have required not to use your content for training; see the Privacy Policy for details. To request deletion of content already sent, email voice@hachimi.ai and we can initiate a request on your behalf.
